Be Positive Club Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for membership at Be Positive Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with the membership registration process.

2. Membership Duration and Renewal

Membership at Be Positive Club is subject to a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the date of registration (Initial Term). Upon completion of the Initial Term, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you provide notice of cancellation in accordance with these Terms.

3. Membership Fees and Payments

The membership fee will be disclosed at the time of your registration. This fee must be paid in full at the beginning of your membership term and is non-refundable. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise Be Positive Club to automatically charge the membership fee to your provided payment method at the start of the Initial Term and, subsequently, at the beginning of each renewal term, unless you cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and resources, all membership fees are non-refundable. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, in whole or in part, will be given for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with Be Positive Club services or any changes in your personal circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership any time after the completion of the Initial Term. To cancel your membership, you must notify Be Positive Club in writing at least seven (7) days before the end of the current membership term to avoid being charged for the next term. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal of your membership for the subsequent term.

6. Changes to Membership Terms

Be Positive Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Be Positive Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your membership or use of the Be Positive Club services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Be Positive Club operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
